Samuel J. Green Charter School

At Samuel J. Green Charter School we help students acquire the academic skills to achieve in high school and college, while providing a caring community and a variety of activities that nurture students' intellectual, social and emotional growth.

S. J. Green is an open admissions public charter school serving approximately 400 kindergarten through 8th grade students. After being flooded during Katrina, the building and grounds have been developed to include an extensive garden, a Kaboom playground, and a flag football field.

Our School helps students learn by:
